My career

I'm certified fitness and nutrition coach — but more than that, I’m someone who’s been where you are.
After years of chasing quick fixes, I realized that true wellness isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being consistent, kind to yourself, and connected to what you need.
Now, I help women (and humans!) ditch the all-or-nothing mindset and build a lifestyle they’re actually excited to wake up to. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me dancing in my kitchen, sipping oat milk lattes, or taking long walks with my rescue dog 🐾
